Cleanliness stood out with spotless bedding and towels, while the staff's warm hospitality significantly enhanced the experience. accessibility was a challenge. the absence of a lift made navigating the property tough, particularly for those with mobility issues. Breakfast, despite its quality, was disappointingly cold, which detracted from what could have been a fantastic start to the day.
